Park Description. Invermere Beach is one of Nanaimo's designated off-leash dog parks. It features a small, rocky beach which is accessed by a short trail from the end of Invermere Road. The trail has several sets of stairs to help navigate the steep terrain. There is very little parking at the trailhead so the City of Nanaimo encourages users.
